I can so relate to your travel experiences after an 11-hour trip home from Ireland (8 hr flight). Have a wonderful workshop.

Pondering daily, especially when out doors in nature- when does too much become too much? How much time spent in our heads determines time spent in the present moment in one’s life. Wondering when to stay, when to let go, when to move on are profound questions one asks of oneself…

May you have a knowing and anticipated time with those in your workshop this next weekend!! I will be there in spirit 🥰🥰🥰

Such good questions dear Val. Thank you for always ‘going in’, and for your sweet wishes.

Your words, my memories of Whitby island shared with you makes me purr

And here I am at the Co-op in Port Townsend, thinking of you, and about sharing Macaroons. 🥰

I could go on and on about this. How it all sits on my soul. In my heart. The slight tenderness of your words. Words that resonate. How I do prefer road trips over any other way of travel,

for all the reasons you've shared. I'm going to allow your words to wash over me for just a bit. LIke a creek, taking its sweet time to keep moving, following its own pace, enjoying the view, maybe the force of nature makes it a flood, at some point, or it goes down to a trickle, maybe it goes stone cold dry, regardless, your words always run just a little bit deeper over here, and I love that very much. Taking them in as a view from the roadside. Slow trippping!

Yes roadtrips are magical, better matching the rhythm of nature, the beats of our hearts, the cravings to move forth while honoring ‘stopping’ and standing still to watch the views.

So thoughtfully written this morning, and it touched a chord in me. Pondering is what I do best!

Aren’t we the best ponderers dear CeCe? Thank you so much for this. 🥰

“The silences between the spoken”—that is the potent space where great love and deep heartbreak abide. These silences are our inner being, where only we know our truth—our truth about love and abundance, about grief and loss. I have these spaces of silence within me too.

Yes! So often pondering these things and trying to find some balance. I just have never been able to put it into words. Thank you dear Orly 🩷
